I work with organizations on long-term user experience processes for complex systems, from discovery and definition, through decision-making and prioritization, to hands-on implementation.

My focus goes beyond interface design to the system as a whole: users, stakeholders, regulation, technology, and organizational constraints.

I integrate closely with in-house teams, providing continuity, clarity, and senior UX leadership within ongoing processes.
